Order & policy information

These policies describe the quote-first workflow currently offered by ARCYON 3D. Confirm the business address, tax registration, payment provider and final return terms before accepting paid orders.

Quotes & deposits

Quotes are based on the supplied model, material, quantity, finishing requirements, delivery destination and requested timeline. Production begins only after written quote approval and the required 50% deposit. Changes after approval may change price or lead time.

Shipping & delivery

Fulfillment is from a U.S. warehouse. Shipping method, charges, tracking and any applicable sales tax are confirmed in the quote or payment request. Heavy, oversized, expedited, Alaska, Hawaii and territory shipments may require a separate quote.

Design rights

By submitting a design, you confirm that you own it or have permission to manufacture it. ARCYON 3D may decline work that appears unlawful, unsafe or infringing. You remain responsible for the fitness, safety and regulatory compliance of the finished part for its intended use.

Quality & returns

3D printed parts have visible layer lines and material-specific variation. Report a manufacturing defect with clear photos within 7 days of delivery so the order can be reviewed. Custom-made parts are not eligible for return solely because of a change of mind. Approved remedies are determined case by case.

Privacy

Quote information is used to evaluate, communicate about and fulfill your request. Do not send sensitive personal data in project notes. Until a secure upload portal is connected, share files only through a private link or by email.
